give out的用法：

　　1. 放出，發(fā)出(聲音、光等)：

　　例句: The radio is giving out a strange signal.

　　收音機(jī)正發(fā)出一種奇怪的信號(hào)。

　　2. 散發(fā)，分發(fā)，頒發(fā)：

　　例句: I saw a man giving out handbills in the street.

　　我看見一位男子在大街上散發(fā)傳單。

　　3. 公布，宣布；發(fā)表：

　　例句: He gave out that they weren't coming.

　　他宣布他們不來(lái)了。

　　4. 被用完，耗盡，沒(méi)有了；精疲力竭：
