要求撰寫離職證明書(reference letter)。
用詞友善
無論是你決定不干，還是被要求自動(dòng)辭職，撰寫辭職信時(shí)，措詞切記要適當(dāng)、友善，千萬不要把辭職信當(dāng)作發(fā)泄的工具，用詞惡劣或猛數(shù)公司、老板的不是。原因有三∶
- 你的未來老板隨時(shí)會(huì)要求你的前任老板提供關(guān)於你在職時(shí)的資料，作為聘用與否的參考。因此，別自毀長城，讓一封辭職信破壞你的大好前途。
- 正所謂「今日留一線，他朝好相見」，如果你轉(zhuǎn)職后還是留在同一行業(yè)內(nèi)，日后在工作上或會(huì)有碰面的機(jī)會(huì)，到時(shí)便好不尷尬。
