　　星期六，媽媽在家里教我做番茄炒雞蛋。

　　首先，把番茄洗干凈，在洗時媽媽提醒我說：“冬天的番茄，特別要洗干凈，因為冬天的番茄是由農民伯伯灑過農藥的.。所以，要洗干凈�！比缓�，我把番茄切的一片大一片小的時候，這時，媽媽又對我說：“銘銘，番茄大小切的要基本相同。”在媽媽的指導下，我終于切的一次比一次好多了。

　　然后，把雞蛋打碎，雖然一開始打得不好。但是，經過反復地練習一次比一次好的多。

　　最后，先拿一個鍋子，然后，在鍋里倒點油，再把雞蛋倒進去，用鏟子在里面來回翻炒，看見雞蛋變黃了，有點硬，再把番茄倒進去，放點水，關好鍋蓋。燒了一會兒，鍋開了，放一點糖、一點鹽，我問到：“為什么要放糖呢?”媽媽說“因為放一點糖是為了能去掉番茄的酸味�！�
